• Availability : Subject to confirmation at time of booking.

• Reservation and Payment : 30% at the time of reservation and 70% up to 30 days before arrival.

• Cancellation :
◦ Up to 30 days before arrival: Free.
◦ Up to 15 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount will be charged.
◦ Less than 14 days before arrival: Full charge.

• Rates : Prices per room, per night, on a B&B basis.
